I am Gail Curtis, the owner/designer of Wine-Trax. I created Wine-Trax in 2008 because I enjoy food & wine, am frequently health conscious, and would prefer not to use measuring cups! I wanted something elegant in look & feel, and effortless when tracking portions. I hand-etched the first 250 wine glasses during a lay-off from my job designing interiors for luxury motor coaches in Eugene, Oregon. When one door closes another one opens..
The wonderful response to Wine-Trax encouraged me to build the business. In 2010, I added two new portion control products, Snack-Trax and Meal-Trax. These three tools are a tremendous help in my ongoing quest for a healthy lifestyle, and I hope you will love 'em like I do!
